Choosing a Tai Chi school is an important decision. With a free class, you will feel informed and confident, with a strong sense of Nabi Su Tai Chi, students and teachers. In your free class, you will learn the opening Tai Chi move, basic Chi Kung exercises and Tai Chi walking. You will participate in the group class, get private instruction, and watch advanced students do the form.
At Nabi Su your effort will be rewarded with tangible results. Come to class and you will grow. You will continue to develop for as long as you continue to practice. We can say this with certainty, because we experience it ourselves and see it in each other. We are committed to our practice, and we love to share it with you.
